The Idledale Water and Sanitation District is committed to ensuring that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity it operates on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related nondiscrimination authorities, the District assures that all programs, services, and activities are offered and conducted in a manner that is inclusive and equitable.
