Title Company / Status Letters
Idledale Water does not issue status letters upon home resale, nor does it maintain individual billing accounts.
All revenues are collected via property tax. Water bills are not issued. Status letters are not issued.
The District provides potable water service only. The District does not provide sanitary sewer. All homes in the District rely on septic systems for sewer.
